Trent Collins

Real Estate Broker/Property Manager

Trent has been working in Property Management for over a decade and has been involved in Real Estate for almost 20 years. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Trent learned how to build and maintain a home from his time working in the residential construction field. Trent loves watching people achieve their goals through meaningful Real Estate investments which provide his clients with a secure financial future.

Shalise Flanigan

Leasing Agent/Office Manager

Shalise has been at Live St George for a few years now and has loved being able to interact with tenants and owners to make sure everything is a smooth process with moving in and out. As well as getting properties marketed for our owners on several platforms. She also has her real estate license which she has loved utilizing in the company.

Christopher Nelson

HOA Manager

Chris' job here at Live St George Realty entails coordinating the efforts of vendors and tenants to ensure that the homes we manage are kept in a great living condition. Chris also conducts property inspections on a regular frequency depending on the preference of the owner. Chris enjoys building relationships with all of Live St. George’s tenants and owners, to create a pleasant and cohesive experience working together.
